Tomorrow’s family services, today.

For most, the end of any relationship is an emotional crisis, more so when children are involved. For many it also has overwhelming financial consequences.

It can feel like you’re navigating through fog so thick you can’t see where you’re going. With so many practical decisions to make, any thought of agreement may seem very distant.

As a mediator and former solicitor, I’ve specialised since 2005 in helping hundreds of people through separation or divorce without going to court. I can help you too.  Call 01473 487427 for a free confidential chat.

Who we are

We are Anderson family matters, a family dispute resolution service based in Ipswich. The founder is Stephen G Anderson, a professional accredited family mediator, child consultant, PPC and former solicitor. Stephen works alongside consultants Jane McCann, Tom Farrell, Jan King and Henrik Anderson. Find more about us here.

What we do

We’ll help you reach an agreement that resolves your dispute. The process we tend to use is called mediation. Mediation is an alternative to court. It gives you control over the decisions. A mediator manages the process, motivating you to achieve an outcome that is fair-minded. Find out more about mediation.

Getting started

It all starts with a free and confidential chat over the phone or via Skype. A chat helps us establish whether or not we think we can help you. Although mediation is right for most cases, there are times when other processes may be more suitable. Get in touch by calling us on 01473 487427, or message us through our contact page.

When people separate we want them to do it in the least damaging way for everyone involved, especially children. That is why we want them to use the excellent mediation services available to agree a way forward, rather than have one forced upon them.”
